John Hentschel Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Hentschel Sr. of Danvers, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Hentschel and Martha Hentschel (Rzepka); and his siblings, Joey, Leonard and Lucille Hentschel.
He is survived by: his wife Joline Hentschel (Weber); his children, John Hentschel Jr. of Gloucester, Neil Hentschel (Kristin) of North Andover, Lynn Ellington (Rich) of Danvers and Cheryl Raimondi (Paul) of Annisquam; and his grandchildren, Larissa, Elysia, Stephen, William Hentschel, Amelia, Adam Ellington, Eric and Abby Raimondi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Donnell Cremations-Funerals (167 Maple St, Danvers, MA 01923). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Richard's Church (90 Forest St, Danvers, MA 01923).
