He is survived by: his parents, Gary Adkison and Cathy Adkison (Salmonsen); his brother Steven Adkison (Deanna) of Beverly; his grandparents, Elaine Adkison of Fullerton, CA and Richard Salmonsen of Danvers; his nephews, Elliott and Alexander Adkison of Beverly; his aunts and uncles, Rick, Mark, Steve, Julie and Linda; and his cousins, Woody, Mycala, Hanna, Anders, Michael, Johnny, Cassie, Carly, Bill, Adam and John.
