He is survived by: his wife Sally Gamble; his children, Jeff (Terri) of North Andover, Jim (Suzanne) of North Andover, Jack (Tracy) of Danvers and Debra Rees (Mike Migliozzi) of Danvers; his grandchildren, Tori, Abbi Espinal (Larry), Sam, Erica Flynn (Tom), Max, Shannon, Marisa, Emma, Jake, Brenna, Kailee Rees and Sarah Paul Migliozzi; his great grandchildren, Ellie and Addie Espinal; and his sister Jane Durkee of Wenham.
