He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank V. Scigliano, Sr. and E. Frances "Pete" Scigliano (Peterson). He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Scigliano (Prezioso) of Danvers; his children, Emmanuel P. Scigliano (Lucie Wu) and Donna F. Sewall (Michael) of Andover; and his brother Robert E. Scigliano (late Geraldine) of Nahant. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
