She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco DiPaolo and Matilda DiPaolo (Smigliani); her husband John H. Woods; and her daughter Janice Woods. She is survived by: her children, John D. Woods of East Kington, NH and Karen Modini (Richard) of Danvers; and her grandsons, Eric Woods and Mark Woods.
