He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Foley and Thelma Foley (Eaton); his brother Frederick; and his grandson Nathaniel. He is survived by: his wife Diane (Knowlton); his children, Dennis Christopher Foley (Guadalupe) and Lisa Sluder; his grandchildren, Kristen, Ashley, Amber and Evan; and his great grandchild Jaxon.
