He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Collins and Amy Leck; his nieces and nephews, Kenneth Collins of Georgetown, Steven, Karen Wilkinson, Carole Hopkins and Thomas Hopkins; and his great-nephews, Robert and Morgan Wilkinson.
