It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles M. Butler of Danvers, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Charles find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Butler and Martile Butler (Bergeron). He is survived by: his wife Linda C. Butler (Castagnetti) of Danvers; his daughter Christina Marie Butler of Danvers; his brother John P. Butler of Saugus; his brother-in-law Andrew Paul Castagnetti (Theresa) of Medford; and his godson Andrew Louis Castagnetti of Medford. He is also survived by many loving cousins and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Solimine Funeral Home - Ocean St (67 Ocean St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (8 S Common St, Lynn, MA 01902). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park (185 Lake St, Peabody, MA 01960).
