He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret I. Peterson (Fitzgerald); his parents, Joel Peterson and Myrtle Peterson (Nickerson); and his grandson Eric Makros. He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Lee (Rob) of Danvers, Deborah Makros (Christopher) of Orange Park, FL and Beth Hicks (Harry) of West Lebanon, NY; his grandchildren, Kristopher Markros, Seth Durling (Francine), Tristan Durling (Michelle), Julie Durling (Patrick), Bryan Lee (Kristy) and Matthew Lee; and his great grandchildren, Eric, Ethan and Kelsey.
