He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfio Finocchiaro and Constance Finocchiaro. He is survived by: his wife Dora Finocchiaro (Robair); his daughters, Danielle of Danvers and Darci Finocchiaro of Danvers; his grandchildren, Dylan, Danyka, Sierra and Christiana; his brothers, Thomas, Joseph, Alan and Paul; and his mother-in-law Carol Robair of Danvers. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and dear friends.
