He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Cullett and Leona Berry Cullett. He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Ann Hayden; his wife Elizabeth Cullett; his daughters, JoAnne M. Barber (Andrew) of Pittsfield, Susan D. Tirrell (Mark) of Charlotte, NC and Deborah J. Baker (Edward) of Phoenix, AZ; and his siblings, Patricia Bush (Ralph) of Lanesborough, MA and Bruce O. Cullett (Lisa) of Dalton, MA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
