Phillips (Dalton, Massachusetts), born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 31, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Phillips and Gail Phillips (Gaylord); and his brother Jeffrey. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Clark (Preston) of Dalton, Diane Lewis (Ronnie) of Middlefield, Steven Phillips (Kathy) of Windsor, Brian Phillips (Diane) of Pittsfield and Glen Phillips (Monica) of Union; and his uncle Mark Gaylord of Peru. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
