With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ellen Desmond Shea (Dalton, Massachusetts), born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 11, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Michael and Fredericka Z Palmer Shea of Dalton Ma; and her sister Dr. Fredericka P Shea. She is survived by: her brother Michael (Joan) of Hampden Mass; her nephews, Michael of Hampden, Kevin (Jennifer) of Wilbraham and Tim (Jessica) of East Longmeadow; her great-nephew Liam Rothschild-Shea of Amherst; her great-nieces, Brynnan Rothschild-Shea of Brighton Ma, Maeve and Gracyn Rothschild-Shea of Wilbraham Ma; and her friends, Mary Stein of New Jersey, Ann Goggins, Pat Woodlock of Pittsfield and Betty Fitzgerald of West Springfield.
