It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark J. Middlebrook (Dalton, Massachusetts), who passed away on August 5, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Middlebrook and Marilyn Middlebrook; and the mother of his children Judy. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Suriner of Dalton and Dorin; his son-in-law Dan Chapman of Dalton; his son Colin; his daughter-in-law Megan Middlebrook of Adams; his grandchildren, Lucy, Kyle, Kieran, Jack, Aiden and Molly; his sister Susan Salvatore (Peter) of Dalton; and his nieces, Dina LaBeau of Dalton and Beth Salvatore-LeBeau of Dalton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in his name to the Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry and mailed to the Dwyer-Wellington Funeral Home, 525 Main Street, Dalton, MA 01226.
