She was predeceased by: her husband William Shuttleworth; and her brother Henry J. Decker. She is survived by: her friend Henry; her children, Lisa Levesque of Pittsfield, Wayne Levesque of Hinsdale and Alan Delisle of Florida; her sister-in-law Marie Franey of Boston; and her grandchildren, Ashley Levesque, Joshua Biggart, Mylynda Matteson, Scott Matteson Jr., Kyle Maher and Jacinda Levesque. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
