He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph James Monteleone Jr. and Joanne Sylvia Monteleone (Goddard); his daughter Gina Marie Monteleone; and his brothers, Joseph James Monteleone III and John Michael Monteleone.
He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan Monteleone of Pittsfield and Anthony Monteleone of Dalton; his grandson Vincent Monteleone; and his sister Jayne Bellora of Lanesboro.
