She was predeceased by: her brothers, Raymond Breault, Donald Breault, Jerome Breault, Fern Breault, Norman Breault and Bernard Breault; her sisters-in-law, Lucille Breault and Julie Gomes; and her grandson Nate Newton.

She is survived by: her children, Michelle Orlando (Blair Torelli) of Hinsdale, Debi Counihan (Tim) of Plainfield, NH, Michael Viner (Sharon) of Hinsdale, Annemarie Garland of Hinsdale, Greg Viner of Hinsdale and Erin Grant (Rich) of Waltham, MA; her grandchildren, Ross Torelli, Jordan Torelli, Gabby Orlando, Danni Orlando, Jacob Counihan, Mak Avalon, Isabelle Viner, Erica Newton, Casey Garavito, Lauren Long, Christian Poulton, Cami Grant and Billy Grant; her great grandchildren, Chase Garavito and Cruz Garavito; and her siblings, Marcel Breault, Richard Breault (Bev), Joseph Breault and Jeannine Potash. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Jacqueline (Jackie) Shaughnessy died peacefully at Mt. Carmel Nursing home in Lenox on April 26th after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease.
