He is survived by: his wife Judith; his son John; his daughter-in-law Amanda; his children, Brian and Jennifer; his siblings, Mike Ziemlak and Irene McMahon; and his grandchildren, Max Boyd, Emma, Michael and Brooklyn Butler.
