Christopher Hitt Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Hitt (Dalton, Massachusetts), born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father David "Jack" Hitt. He is survived by: his mother Judith Hanford Hitt of Dalton; his siblings, Catherine Haberl (Karl) of Tyngsboro, MA, Rosemary Barschdorf (William) of Dalton, Teresa Marcella (Tony) of Dalton, Jeanette Hitt of Sitka, Alaska and John Hitt (Carrie) of Scituate, MA; and his cousins, Mary Brower of Pittsfield, Joseph and Jerry Moran of Dalton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to St. Agnes Church in Dalton in care of the funeral home.
