He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Klose and Genevieve Nieter Klose; his wife Clare Klose of Dalton; his children, Bret Klose (Meredith Joyner) of Charlotte, NC and Erica Klose (Erin Klose Williamson) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Tyler, Benjamin, Alexandra, Isabella, Adam Klose, Madelynn, Emma Stewart, Kinnon, Riley and Kyland Williamson; his brother Rodney Klose (Marlene) of New Breman, OH; his nephew Brandon (Karla); his great-nephews, Liam and Daxton; and his son Bradley L. Klose.
