She is survived by: her parents, Carlton Ballard and Jean Mularski Ballard; her children, Sharon Spicer of Pittsfield, Debra Massey of Pittsfield and David Wuinee; her significant other Tom Ryan of Pittsfield; her siblings, Rosalie Parsons and John Ballard; her grandchildren, Lauren Spicer, Jennifer Spicer and Richard Massey III; and her former husband Robert Wuinee. She is also survived by her grandchildren, but by many others, Barb will be missed by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Agnes Church, in care of the funeral home.
