She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen J. Chivas and Imelda Chivas (Guerin); her husband John "Jack" Moylan; and her brother John Chivas. She is survived by: her sisters, Lillian E. Meade (Larry), Eleanor C. Maloney of Westfield and Marlene C. Wresien of Chicopee; her nephews, Jeffrey Kyle Meade (Amy) of Pataskala and Brian Jason Meade (Niki) of Blacklick, Ohio; her great-nephew Parker John Meade; her great-niece Charley Grace Meade; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Chivas of Weatogue. She is also survived by many friends, coworkers, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, Kathy had requested donations be made in her memory to Viability Inc., 5 Franklin Street, Northampton, MA 01060, which is an organization that serves clients with disabilities.
