She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick C. Balfe and Rosa M. Balfe. She is survived by: her brother Frederick M. Balfe; her husband Bill; her daughter Hilary; and her grandchildren, Jackson, Hannah and Carter White.
COTUIT - Rosa B. Babcock died quietly on May 19, 2020 at Harbor Point in Centerville due to COVID-19.
