He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander McKenzie Hammer (Brookline) and Sarah Talbott (Houk); and his children, Christine Korhn (Stephen) of Defiance, Linda Fraser of Hudson, MA and James.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Hammer (Hudner) of Concord, MA; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew, Laura, Erik, Caroline, Alex, Brent and Mackenzie. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
