He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Duggan Sr. and Elizabeth Duggan (O'Toole); his sister Mary Lou LeBert; and his sister-in-law Audrey Duggan. He is survived by: his wife Simonne Duggan (LeBlanc); his children, Linda M. Duggan-Johnson, Duggan III (Amy), Denise M. Duggan, Michael J. Duggan (Jenny) and Anne Marie Duggan (Jeff); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Tanner (Morgan), Susannah (Ben), Alana, Jack, Olivia, Emily, Erin and Joseph; and his great grandchild Mylo Thomas Duggan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
