He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tice and Ruth Hayden Wanzer. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sons, Stephen (Polly), Charles (Lydia) and Timothy (Marcy); and his grandchildren, Lucy, Sam, Lyra, Cilla, Emily and Sophie.
