He was predeceased by: his wife Marie-Claire Schnoor (Francotte); and his brother Richard Schnoor. He is survived by: his children, Cristine Van Dyke (John Jeffrey Van) and Gregory A. Schnoor (Diane Schnoor); his grandchildren, Lucas, Katelyn and Robert; his great grandchild Bernadette; and his pet Petunia.
