He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin "Gary" Harper and Helen Harper (O'Brien). He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Harper, Denise Carr (Timothy) and Richard Harper (Deborah). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Dee Funeral Home (27 Bedford St, Concord, MA 01742). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
