He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Perry and Christine Perry (Shankland); and his son Steven Paul Perry. He is survived by: his daughter Elaine Carmack of Cape Coral, FL; his granddaughter Francoise Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Preston, Dawson and Sidney.
