Patricia Cannava Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2023, at the age of 72, Patricia Cannava of Concord, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Chardo and Grace Chardo (Bicchieri); and her niece Jennifer Grace Ford. She is survived by: her children, Nicole Bouzan (Timothy Bouzan), Brian Cannava (Colleen Cannava) and Patrick Cannava; her grandchildren, Devin Cannava, Isabella Cannava, Catherine Cannava, Charlotte Cannava, Margaret Cannava and Alivia Bouzan; and her siblings, Mary Anne Johnson and Anthony "Butchie" Chardo (Toni).
