He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesca Frazier and Francis Frazier; his brothers, Frank, Donald and Gordon; and his wife Connie.
He is survived by: his daughter Holly (Medfield); his son-in-law William Ballard; his grandchildren, Ruth and Daniel; and his sisters, Brooke Lynes and Nancy Frazier Herman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
