She was predeceased by: her husband Nathaniel "Nat" Codding; and her child Jan Codding. She is survived by: her daughters, Caroline Codding Murphy (John) of Maynard and Amy Codding (Paul Loynd) of Concord; and her grandchildren, Gabrielle Codding, Raphael Codding of Lubbock, TX and Nathan Loynd of Concord.
