It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Bagley Buttrick (Concord, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Buttrick and Helen Buttrick (Merriam); his wife Susan Whitney Buttrick (Hall); and his sisters, Joan Berrier and Anne Irwin.
He is survived by: his children, Whitney Farnham (David), Wendy Shuck (Gerald), John Buttrick, Jr. (Rosa) and Holly Sullivan (William); his grandchildren, Jon, Avery Farnham, Emma Shuck, Zachary and Will Sullivan; his stepgranddaughter Carla McGrath; and also, Casen and Gabriella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in John's memory may be made to Ducks Unlimited or The Nature Conservancy.
