With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joanne (Oneill) M. Brooks (Concord, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2024 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Higgins and Helen Higgins; and her grandmother JoJo. She is survived by: her brother Frank; her husband Richard Brooks; her children, Diane, Richard Jr., Susan, Christopher and Tracy; her grandchildren, Mark, Alex, Justin, Amanda, Jordan and Lindsey; her great grandchild Aiden; her children, Mark (Stephen) and Lindsay (Jim); her granddaughter-in-law Kelly; and also Julie.
