He was predeceased by: his mother Jeannette Gass Barr; and his siblings, Richard and Cynthia Bigley. He is survived by: his wife Ann Hughes of Concord, MA; his daughters, Jennifer York (Charles) of Great Falls, VA and Janet Heywood (John) of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Christina, Jessica, Anika and Dominic; and his nephews, Ryan and Sean Bigley.
