He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Blatt and Joseph Blatt. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughter Julia Blatt; his son-in-law Ken Siskind; his daughter Emily Blatt; and his grandchildren, Eli Siskind (Bessie Steinberg) and Dana Siskind.
