He is survived by: his wife Marcia Puryear; his children, Kristen Puryear (Sean Donohue) and Corey Puryear (Wendy); his grandchildren, Maeve, Ellia, Morgan and Carson; and his siblings, Penelope VanDam (David) and Jeffrey Puryear (Myriam Waiser). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
