He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Toomey and Margaret Graham Toomey of Johnston; and his siblings, Margaret R. Dolan (late Robert F. Dolan) of Concord and Thomas J. Toomey (late Louise I. Toomey) of Providence. He is survived by: his wife Janet Tella Toomey; his daughters, Elisa C. Toomey of Concord, Cynthia Toomey King (Timothy King) and Deborah Toomey Wallace (Steven Wallace); his grandchildren, Claire Wallace, Sean Wallace and Hailey Wallace; and his brother Charles T. Toomey of Concord.
