Dorothy Higgins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Higgins of Concord, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 16, 2021 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband J. Barry Higgins; her parents, James Ogston and Katherine Ogston (Kelleher); and her sister Mary Long. She is survived by: her children, Tricia Manley (Chuck) and Mark Higgins (Maribeth); and her granddaughter Rachael Manley.
At her family's request, all attendees are asked to wear masks.
