He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earle Elwell and Gertrude Elwell (Littlejohn); his children, Deborah "Debbie" Schlinger (Stephen) of Enfield, CT, Patricia "Pattie" Elwell of Greenfield and James "Jim" Elwell (Denise) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Eric Boissy, Ashley Carlson, Ricia Youngwell-Socci, Evan Boissy, Brandi Bean, Avery Boissy, Jacob Elwell, Bethany Elwell-Spada, Amanda Elwell and Jenna Elwell; his great grandchildren, Drew, Olivia, Carter Boissy, Brayden, Lilah, Harper, Isaac Carlson, Nora, Makenzie Boissy, Amelia, Natalie and Blake Bean; and his sisters, Nancy Willis (Ken) of Greenfield and Frances Joy (Ralph) of Colrain. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
