He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otto Vight and Grace Vight (Watrous); his children, Ronald Vight (Patricia) of Colrain and Deb Gilbert (Kevin) of Colrain; his siblings, Everett Vight (Lois) of Conway and Esther Wilder of Indiania; and his sister-in-law Helen Vight of Charlemont. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers it is suggested donations be made to the Colrain Volunteer Ambulance Assoc., P.O. Box 37, Colrain, MA 01340 .
