He is survived by: his parents, George Sullivan and Donna Sullivan (Bailey); his wife Terrie Sullivan (Duprey); his daughters, Kelly Charest (Donald) and Katie Boudreau (Devin); his grandchildren, Brooke and Lucas Charest; and his siblings, Terry Sullivan (Mary) and Mary Shimada (Yasu). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
