He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Migliaccio and Mary Migliaccio (Grassie) of Cohasset, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann (MacDonald) of Cohasset, MA; his children, Steven Migliaccio of Cohasset, MA and Michelle Libby (Rob) of Abington, MA; his grandsons, Ryan and Adam Libby of Abington, MA.; his brother Joseph Migliaccio (Edwina) of Hingham, MA; his niece Barbara Migliaccio of Plymouth, MA; and his cousin Lanier Grassie.
