He was predeceased by: his sister Patrica Holmes Watts; and his parents, George Burghall Watts and Novella Jennings Morrell. He is survived by: his brothers, Peter Morrell Watts of Largo, FL and Daniel Morrell Watts (Carol Franklin Watts) of Wiscasset, ME. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
