McCarthy, Jr. of Duxbury, Marshall McCarthy of Duxbury, Hannah Fortin (Patrick) of Falmouth and Margaret McCarthy of Quincy; his grandchildren, Callan Patrick and Parker Jane Fortin; his siblings, Heather Knapp (Gene Rostov) of Riverside, CT, John McCarthy, Jr. of Portsmouth, NH, Kevin McCarthy of Tijuana, MX, Chris McCarthy of Roxbury, MA and David McCarthy of Dorchester, MA.; his nieces and nephews, Lori, Arlette, Nicholas and Jake; and also Laura Best McCarthy.
