He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward P. Ryan and Ann Marie Ryan (Kelley). He is survived by: his wife Laura J. Fantasia; his child Alessandra "Allie" Fantasia Ryan; his sisters, Ellen M. Ryan of Hingham, Kathryn T. Reape (Tim) of Scituate, Margaret M. Ryan of Dedham, Julie Ryan Caputo (Chris) of Nashville, TN and Elizabeth "Libby" Ryan-Kern (Mike) of Honolulu, HI.; his parents-in-law, Vincent and Joan Fantasia of Burlington, MA; his sisters-in-law, Linda McCann (Ed) of Merrimack, NH, Carol Shaw (Rob) of Andover and Susan DeRosa (John) of Burlington; and his nieces and nephews, Teresa, Clare Ryan, Molly Reape, Eleanor Ryan, Nathaniel, Gabriel, Bridget Ryan-Kern, Chrisopher, Connor McCann, Stephen, Patrick Shaw, Jake, Jessica and Tommy DeRosa. He is also survived by many cousins and countless dear friends.
