He was predeceased by: his sister Mary White. He is survived by: his sons, David J. Lahive (Lynne) of Cohasset, MA and Mark S. Lahive (Lizzy) of Manhattan Beach, CA; his grandsons, Cassius and Jian; and his siblings, John A. Lahive, Jr., Joanne Burdulis and Anne Quinn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dave may be made to the NVNA and Hospice Charitable Fund, 120 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061.
