He was predeceased by: his sister Fory Castro; and his parent Leopoldina Rosario. He is survived by: his son Noel J. De Leon of New York; his father Felix De Leon of Clinton; his siblings, Quelvin De Leon (Celeste) of Clinton, Felix De Leon of Leominster, Margarita Castro of New York and Clara Castro of New York; his friend Joan Mora of Connecticut; and the mother of his child Ingrid Tavarez of New York. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
