In loving memory of William F. Vattes (Clinton, Massachusetts), who departed this world on September 4, 2024 at the age of 74. William leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Gary "Big Al" Vattes. He is survived by: his wife Therese Vattes (Dowd); his son Michael Vattes; his stepdaughter Lisa Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Juliana and Alexis; and his sisters, Sandra Fitch, Bonnie Jablonski and Donna Farnsworth (James). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home (176 Water St, Clinton, MA 01510). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the South Cemetery - Bolton (59 S Bolton Rd, Bolton, MA 01740).
