Ciampaglia (Susan); his granddaughter Sophia Ciampaglia of Fitchburg; his sister Teresa Del Visco (Chris) of Clinton; his godchildren, John Racz and Monica Racz; his sisters-in-law, Lydia Racz (Charlie), Pat Ciampaglia and Joan Ciampaglia; his brothers, Paul, Gerald, Daniel and Joseph Ciampaglia; and also Kurt Hildebrandt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
